It's a nice work environment with mostly smart and supportive co-workers. The books and editors are terrific. The person who oversees the department doesn't understand marketing and seems to spend most of his time and energy on his affair. I was working 80+ hours with no hope of relief. There are not enough people doing the work and not enough funding for any of the projects.
