Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am not listened to despite having decades of proven experience. My reporting problems go ignored or I receive a generic platitude to placate my concern while nothing changes. I don't see any advantage to having accepted more responsibility.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listen and work with subordinates. attempt to understand a situation and critically examine its effects before blindly proceeding. be willing to admit a mistake and make changes instead of committing to making a mistake step somewhat work.
