Who What Wear has allowed me to grow as an individual in the fashion editorial industry and for that I am grateful. The company has great perks and benefits but at times can feel a bit cold and cliquey. Despite this, I still enjoy my job and am proud to say I work here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I sometimes feel that the editors show a lack of appreciation for other teams that help make their content better. I feel my compensation should be at the level of other publishing companies for the same job.
