As an engineer, I find the work to be exciting, challenging and rewarding... literally. The domain I work on is large, so I'm always challenged with my tasks. This can be stressful sometimes, but the team is open to help one another and this is in waves as management are mindful of the workload.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the awards, but most of my team are epam and can't give me awards.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open, fresh and willing to try new ideas to improve the team and the value we deliver.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very clear, no bullshit or time wasting. Focused on value and the humans who make it happen, simple :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open, willing to ask for help and give it if asked. Focused on the value and the end product with non of the "That's not my job" bullshit.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is always different, as an engineer this expands my own portfolio and also keeps me from getting board. It can be stressful sometimes, but as an open team, when we are asked to do something new we just state it and get a little extra time to learn as we build. Then share it with others.
