Very positive, in spite of issues with middle management and being far overworked.

The leaders are great. I think they are a solid foundation and they are great at communicating our purpose and the vision for the company.

Overall it is great. There are a few bad eggs which I think slide by, by being fake on the outside to people that they need to be fake to.
