They were fairly transparent about what was going on.
Very approachable, firm but also understanding
The flexibly schedule and great communication
They are Involved, positive and inspirational
They are genuinely concerned about our success as a team rather than what they can do for a promotion.
My direct supervisor is great, listens and attempts to do her best to make our work life balance as great as possible. But she gets shut down by her manager when she try's to improve anything. Mostly due to poor understand from our executive and management team.
transparency. They just started doing speed mentoring, where a team of 10-20 VPs and higher join a call with regular employees and speak to each in groups of 2-3 for 5-10 minutes at a time fielding any questions & providing on the spot coaching
Their willingness to listen to feedback.

Review from Sales Dept
The honesty from the top down. Whether the direction is popular or not.
The best thing about our leadership team is that they are humble. You could run into an executive in the grocery store, and they will stop to talk to you, even if you've only met in passing before. They also want to make sure everyone succeeds.
They Continuously innovate. Theres always annew leogram or a new technology or annew training path or s new opportunity. They keep ylu informed about what theyre doing and why. They provide infinite opportunities for career development. Theyre just awesome
Job knowledge. Less propaganda. Renewed trust within the teams
Knowing what is going on with operations
Understanding employees and they say that there is always an open door policy but then when you tell the truth about things it does digs a hole for yourself and turns out to be bad for the employee
communication. recognition. core values. Attitude
On the spot coaching with added value feedback to feel a sense of pride in what work you've done is making a difference in the company.
