They love him. Excellent businessman, thought leader and extremely engaged at a technical level. He models the core values and integrates them into everything he does. I have the utmost respect for him. To improve, I suggest a method to ensure middle management gets trained on core values and held accountable. As things distill down to lower levels, the core values become something discussed but rarely upheld when conflict arises. This creates conflict for employees who want to coach up but lack trust in middle management to receive coaching well without repercussion.
