Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Total compensation is way below average compared to narket. Role to title match is off
For the responsibilities I have, the value I provide the overall organization (not just my team or cross functional teams), and the level of my role the compensation does not align. Understanding what the pay range for my role is and where I fall would help.
I was paid less than those doing way less work than me. Promoted to a manager without any pay increase.
They will add more responsibility without any regards to pay
The work is plentiful and u r not compensated fo competency

Great peopke all around, less poliitical drama and great wuality and pace of work
They are friendly team mates

Team camaraderie, anyone and everyone always ready to help or chip in. We have each others backs when things are tough or have a little struggle.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Focus more on building community. There are a lot of “lone wolfs” and middle management who don’t understand the value of building relationship with their employees. Many lead by position rather than by relationship.

People and collaboration and tge way everyone care for each other

Panel conversation and mutual learning
the Talent acquisition guy really helps the candidates out. He provides good tips, and a lot of material to get to know the company a bit better.
Creative conversations about where the industry is going
I enjoyed the panel interviews and getting to meet other people and hear about what makes them successful, where they experience challenges, how they got through the challenges and simply understand every day life as a WWT employee.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I really don't know how things can be improved when you bring up situations they're swept underneath the rug and when you're honest it kind of digs a hole to the employee
Hire enough employees so that the entire team can work no more than 50 hours a week. Many of us have been waiting over a year for “backfill” all while we’re carrying multiple job roles. It’s simply not sustainable.
