What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO that the really mean! There is even a minimum of 20 days!

The transparency of the leadership team is unlike any other I've seen. They give frequent updates and are very receptive to feedback/pushback.

My team is small yet mighty. We are open with each other and no discussion is off the table. This is very important to me for personal and professional development.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They go above and beyond to make everyone feel included. And if something makes someone feel uncomfortable, they actually tackle it head on to find an appropriate solution, not just a temporary fix.
What makes you most happy at work?
My role is fast paced with new projects always coming my way. I love to see all the different ideas flowing through the funnel and being able to do my part to bring them to light.
