I've been working a long time and my learning curve had gotten pretty flat and boring. Being at Zappi has jacked that curve up in ways that make me excited and inspired about working again. I love that we're pushing the boundaries of our industry.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
they're passionate and even joyful about the ways our products change the way marketers work, think, and engage with consumers. It's really inspiring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I value the flexibility to manage my time in and time off to meet my personal and professional priorities. I give 110% at work and 110% at home with my family. At other companies that math doesn't work. At Zappi it does.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all here because we enjoy the work. That makes the atmosphere and the teamwork more fun. I'm impressed by the expertise and dedication that everyone brings and how everybody puts their shoulder to the wheel when we need a push to get something done. Yet we're freely individuals, not clones.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If I have an idea for improving something, trying something different, or learning something new, there aren't a lot of obstacles beyond basic questions of how it will ultimately bring value to the company. I really like the intellectual freedom. I feel it lets me bring more of myself to work.
