To put it simply, this is just a cool company to work for. It's great to be a part of something that is growing and evolving. I deal with some really interesting customers, get autonomy over my role, and I'm surrounded by great people.

We value honesty, transparency, and sharing the wins of our employees. Executive leadership shares exactly what is going on within the company without the typical corporate jargon. We also give a platform to everyone who has wins to share, regardless of how big or small.

The best part of the compensation package is the flexible time off. The company trusts its employees to take off as much time as they need without constant oversight. There is no need to take advantage of the system since we are treated with respect and understanding.
