Zappi has truly changed my life. It allowed me to grow so much, meet close friends, help grow a company and deliver solutions our clients love. It is a massively positive experience!

They are smart, motivated people. I am very lucky that many of my friends are people are work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being people-focused and not just profit alone. By giving trust to everyone and having everyone be responsible and accountable for their work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their vulnerability and sharing of mistakes with everyone in the company. They create a place focused on people and increase empathy within the business.

The trust we built between each other. Being able to be honest and true to each other. Having difficult conversations in order to all improve and achieve better work together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
holidays with a minimum of days to be taken. Being able to tackle the admin of life when it happens. Also having a competitive salary, private insurance and share options.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is focused on its people. It creates a culture and an environment really enjoyable to work in. Every time someone new join, they can't believe a workplace like Zappi exists. Being challenged by my coworkers and friends, building amazing products and in a great environment is amazing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How they show clear direction and cohesion from the leadership team. But above all is how they show everyone it is safe to fail. It is a very powerful impact on the company culture when your CEO explains mistakes he has made that have impacted people and what he learnt
