I think working at Zappi has been an incredible experience so far. I think that there are some things that could be improved, especially when it comes to treating all teams with the same respect as revenue teams, but I'm glad I have the space where I can speak up

We have very good team chemistry and have each other's backs when facing external issues
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think leadership team does a great job thinking outside the box and ditching traditional corporate norms. They care about their employees as human beings and know that being adaptable to our needs is an important factor to run a successful business
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We've been waiting for Zappi to be more transparent about salaries for over a year now and still no progress. Also, I feel like the notion behind no inflation raises at a time where it's at its highest in history and denying that it won't affect turnover was extremely tone deaf
