For what I do, I can't imagine a better place to work, the reason for that being 1. I believe in the work that we are doing 2. In the 7 years that I have been here I have almost always felt like I was being challenged and growing and 3. I couldn't imagine working with a better group of people.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I could not have asked for a better company to start my career. Over the course of the many years that I have been here I have rarely felt like I have not been growing. It is challenging in the best way. I also could not have asked for a better group to work with. Many of which are great friends.

They are incredibly transparent, make sure everyone feels valued, care about our culture and our people above all else.

I'm paid fairly, get free lunch when I go into the office, and have a budget for learning and development

Everyone is treated as a person and we genuinely care about the well being and success of the people who work here

Everyone is treated as an adult and valued. I do think Zappi puts the well being and growth of its people before anything else

They are incredibly engaged and committed to the work they are doing and we all care about each other as people and root for each other's success.

We are all super real with each other, which allows us to be honest with each other and work through the bs. We are all also super hard working and care about what we do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know the leadership extremely well and I have never experienced a group of leaders that is more invested in the people that make up our organization or heard of anything like it from any of my friends. They are also extremely transparent and have overwhelming buy-in into their vision.
