Interaction with my co-workers, immediate supervisors, and our outside vendors.

Communication is the number one item I feel is lacking in our local branch.

The caliber of employees seem to be going downhill as far as work ethics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe our pay is fair however compared to other local companies, we are not paid equally. Our insurance benefits are also very lacking for such a major corporation.
