Letting us know what's going on within the company
Listen to the team. Understand the problem first before enforcing solution(s).
communicating and treating people with empathy and respect..treat them like people and not just like a number.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a nice salary and and the production bonus is ok
can buy up to an extra week of vacation
401k and bonus are somewhat above average.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pretty low salaries due to inflation
Played out time and a half and double time also we have to work 45 hers a week before we start getting Amy kind of out. Pay also when we take vacation during the week as in we take min t yes and wend off for vac and then we are forced to work weekend we have to work 3 hours for free because they say

Strong salaries are only for the management team, opportunities to move to the next level are nearly impossible.... unless you want to move to China and what that got the world?
We have a team of 18-20 people out on the production lines we run anywhere from 1-4 lines in a given day I think we need to get paid more for doing so.

Most of them are team players
We have good team work
We work as one cohesive unit. No one tries to throw anyone else under the bridge.
Motivated but management Is not sending interresting projects to us

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to put in words but good
Clean and organized coworkers are nice
Keeping personal lives out of the work place makes for a smooth running operation.
it's a bit of a noise but it's acceptable

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Direct supervisor does not foster an atmosphere of growth or camaraderie. Supervisor will not reprimand poor performance, workers see that and take advantage of every corner that can be cut.
I don't believe that anything is wrong but there is always room for improvement.

Accountability, transparency, fairness, and integrity
