What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to put in words but good
Clean and organized coworkers are nice
Keeping personal lives out of the work place makes for a smooth running operation.
it's a bit of a noise but it's acceptable
Trying to do the beat job that we can and every one trying to make shipments every day

It is an established company
Flexibility to come and go as long as the job is done and done well.
Climate controlled. The culture is quite inclusive of all employees. Progressive to the point that I have never really encountered this positive of an environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Bridge the generational gap. Encourage working together without the "back in my day" mentality
treat employees with dignity amongst other things
