What do you like best about the leadership team?

On the whole, the executive team is transparent and collaborative. The organization structure is relatively flat, and company leadership treats the staff as colleagues rather than underlings. The culture is fast-paced and fun.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Starting compensation is fair, and hard work is rewarded with generous raises. For a company this size, the benefit package is strong - comparable or even better than what much larger organizations offer.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team is smart, committed and insanely fun. We have happy hours, World Cup work-and-watch "meetings", team and company events. Everyone here genuinely seems to enjoy working together, and even when we disagree, we all know we're aiming at the same goals.
