It was an exremely rished training process i was left to open the store and run the store by myself for 6 hours before i had even been there a full week. The sales associates were very kind, light hearted, sociable and fun to be around.

When im working with a good team and were all motivated and ready to do our thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was never told about any of my benefits from my higherups. My store manager did not take proper time to explain these amongst many other things.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learning protocols and treating their employees like people instead of numbers on a stats board. Giving equal oppurtunity among employees and hiring authentic kind and valuable employees instead of filling a spot with anyone willing to work anywhere.
