Being appropriate with thier staff.
Communication is toxic and unhealthy
Learning protocols and treating their employees like people instead of numbers on a stats board. Giving equal oppurtunity among employees and hiring authentic kind and valuable employees instead of filling a spot with anyone willing to work anywhere.

The healthcare benefits are very good
It is nice to get health care.
I was never told about any of my benefits from my higherups. My store manager did not take proper time to explain these amongst many other things.

Compensation increases keeping up with the cost of living increases would be a great start.

Starting wages at minimums is too low
Living in San Diego, CA and being the most expensive city in the country becomes challenging when trying to balance your income vs. cost of living and expenses

A competitve environment that is high energy.

Dm visits being more regular
Fire one of the managers. Specifically the bully. They make the work environment hostile.

Hire people to actually wanna work
Too many caviats, essentially a personality quiz. They don't care about experience. Just how easily they can manipulate a worker.
Actually conduct an interview. I was basically just hired.
Have one on one interviews for assessment instead of a group

Co workers and peers are the biggest benefit

Communication just needs to be better. It's very toxic is very hostile. It's very aggressive.
