Be more understanding and open to change. Less power trips
I feel very discriminated and treated unfair. Very immature and Young staff with no knowledge of retail or work experience. Playing favorites and treated very poorly.

Reach out to managers to learn and ask lots of questions - management is very receptive to people who push for answers and show they are making a serious effort. Zumiez is not a place to wait for someone to help you along - you have to take your advancement into your own hands.

Basic dental, medical, and vision (some paid for by employee). 401k matching (varies depending on company performance). Zumiez merch discount, as well as discounts to a few other businesses. Stock grants once you're FTE and salaried. Bonus that depends on company performance.
