What's the internship program like at Destination XL Group?
It's surprisingly good! Interns worked along side seasoned employees and had direct exposure to the tasks at hand and played an integral role in accomplishing the daily functions. There is a fair amount of observation and note taking, but opinions/input are welcomed and acknowledged. It is a great place to get real life experience!
