My coworkers are the only ones who know how messed up our buisness is due to the boss jsut lacking in everything. My district manager doesnt show up enough to help out and my sm makes sure im not scheduled whenever he does decide to come sadly cause i tell on her.
Everyone but the store manager is kind and fun to work with.
I dont work there anymore but it was the communication
The team is fresh because everyone leaves due to new management. Theyre inexperienced but willing to learn.
