Communication is toxic and unhealthy
Learning protocols and treating their employees like people instead of numbers on a stats board. Giving equal oppurtunity among employees and hiring authentic kind and valuable employees instead of filling a spot with anyone willing to work anywhere.
Focusing on training sales associates to move up. The focus is always on high sellers and sales associates are stuck in their positions because no one ever trains them to become better.

The leadership team in zumiez is based off of making connections and relations with our employees. The store that i worked at seemed to have favourtism as a driving force in management positons. The behaviour and special treatment i saw being done at my store was enough to hand in my resignation

My manager is very unorganized, and changes the way she is around the district manager. For the employee this is hard to be around the constant shift in mood.
