There are several conditions a company must meet in order to be granted B Corp certification. They are:

Accountability – The company directors must consider impact on all stakeholders.

Transparency – The company has to publish a public report of overall performance.

Performance – The company must meet the minimum verified score by B Labs, and recertify every three years.

Availability – Certification available to every business regardless of corporate structure, state, or country of incorporation.
