As an employer, it’s important to us that mothers, just like all of our employees, feel supported and celebrated both with work and life.

What are some specific ways that your company supports or celebrates mothers? 

At Appian, we believe becoming a mother is a monumental moment for all members of the family. To ensure our mothers are given enough time to soak it all in, we are proud to share Appian recently enhanced our maternity leave policy from 12 weeks to 16 weeks fully paid and parental leave (fathers and adopting parents) to 12 weeks.
