Help Us Honor The Best Leaders for Women, Diversity & Professional Development

In June, Comparably will release its next set of awards highlighting the best CEOs and companies, including its annual Best CEOs for Women, Best CEOs for Diversity, Best Leadership Teams (Managers & Executive Teams), and Best Companies for Professional Development. These lists are meant to showcase the leaders who are helping to drive positive culture change across companies large and small. Previous lists have been featured by ForbesFortuneTechcrunchMashableFast Company and other publications.

There is no submission process, and no fees or costs associated with inclusion. To be considered, CEOs, management teams, and companies must have a minimum threshold of ratings from employees who have left (anonymous) public ratings on their company page on Comparably.com. The date range for qualification is May 2017 to May 2018. Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at midnight EST. 

To leave ratings, employees are encouraged to visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your company” button.

Companies with 500+ employees need at least 50 employees to qualify and companies with less than 500 employees need at least 15 employees to qualify. However, the more employee participants the better since additional weight is given to scores at companies with more participation from their employee base.
