The 9th annual list of Best Companies for Compensation recognizes organizations that were top-rated by employees for their total compensation packages over the past year (salary, raises, bonuses, benefits, and stock/equity if applicable). This distinction is segmented into two lists: Large companies (more than 500 employees) and Small/Mid-Size companies (500 or less employees).
