At GE Vernova, fostering gender equality is integral to our mission of creating a respectful and inclusive culture. Our Women’s Network (WN) plays a vital role in this commitment by empowering, energizing, and elevating women across the organization. Through initiatives such as the GE Vernova Coming Together Series and partnerships with groups like the Society of Women Engineers, the WN promotes leadership development and inclusivity. These efforts are supported by our broader organizational goals, as highlighted in our Sustainability Report, where approximately a third of our Board of Directors and about a fourth of our global leadership team are women. This comprehensive approach reflects our dedication to gender equality and our mission to lead the energy transition for all.

What mentorship programs do you have to support women in their career growth?

Our mentorship initiatives are complemented by key projects like the Women in Science and Engineering Symposium and STEM girls camps, which focus on professional and personal development.
