How has your company grown, from a business and personnel perspective, over the last year?
Esri is a debt free, financially strong organization. As a privately held company, we focus 100% on our users and reinvest over 30% of our revenue into research and development to increase our products’ capabilities and efficiency. Esri is proud to support our customers in doing the important work that makes a difference to society. We’re continuing to grow our team and that growth allows us to improve our employees’ professional development and expand our vision.
What unique opportunities does this growth offer to new employees?
Because of our continued growth, we have new opportunities available for current and new employees. Our investment in research and development offers exciting work using the latest technologies at the forefront of location intelligence. How has your company grown, from a business and personnel perspective, over the last year?
CECO has expanded its business in the last year, both through acquisitions and organic growth. Since 2022, CECO has added six new companies to its portfolio and expanded into new countries, such as South Korea. We’ve been able to bring new capabilities and solutions to existing and new customers through these strategic acquisitions, while growing our employee base around the world. We now have more than 1,000 employees in our workforce, and with significant growth in engineering and sales, especially in the European and South Asian markets.
