Jobs site Indeed is now using Comparably’s Diversity Score within its job recruiting platform.
The new partnership comes at a time when organizations in nearly every industry are putting their diversity efforts under the microscope. Comparably’s Diversity Score, which appears on the public page of any company on Comparably.com, measures how minorities employed by a given company rate their experience at that company. The goal is for job seekers to get a sense of the inclusiveness of the firms to which they may apply.
“The ability to see how employees of similar backgrounds and ethnicities rate their workplace experiences [like the ones derived from employee reviews] are relevant insights for any job seeker when deciding his or her next crucial career move,” says Jason Nazar, CEO of Comparably.
Starting today, Indeed will display a widget from Comparably to highlight this score on its own company pages. Indeed has also partnered with Fairygodboss and InHerSight to offer similar displays on how women rate a given company.
The partnership comes just a few months after Comparably announced a collaboration with Google in November of last year. The deal allowed Google to deliver job seekers compensation data through its search tool from Comparably.com and other partnering career sites.
