Deadline for 2024 Comparably Award Categories: Best Outlook, Best Global Culture, Best Departments

Happy New Year! Do you believe your company has the best future outlook in 2024 as a business, a fantastic global company culture, and/or are you working for one of the best departments in the industry? Then you are encouraged to submit ratings for your company now through the end of the eligibility period on Monday, Feb. 12 at 11:59pm PT.

To qualify for our first Best Places to Work categories of the year (Best Company Outlook, Best Global Company Culture, Best Departments), employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your Company” button to leave anonymous ratings.

Unlike other award programs, there is no submission process or fee associated to qualify and we don’t use other award programs to compile our annual lists. All that’s needed is a minimum number of current employees that have left anonymous public sentiment ratings on their employer’s Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (Feb. 2023 through Feb. 2024). Large companies (501 or more employees) need at least 75 participants and small/mid-size companies (500 or fewer employees) need at least 25 participants from the U.S. or Canada to qualify. To remain competitive, collecting more feedback over the minimum requirements is encouraged. Why? For fairness and statistical significance, additional weight is given to companies with more participation relative to their company size. 

For Best Global Company Culture, qualified companies must be large employers (more than 500 employees, with a global footprint in N. America and APAC or EMEA) with feedback from a minimum of 75 employees based in N. America and a minimum of 75 based in the APAC or EMEA region.
