Ratings Deadline for Comparably’s Next Set of “Best Of” Lists

The next set of Comparably’s annual Best Places to Work Awards is just around the corner! In June, we will unveil the top rated companies in the following categories, based on real employee feedback over the past year: Best Companies for Career Growth, Best CEOs for Women (based solely on ratings from female employees), Best CEOs for Diversity (based solely on ratings from BIPOC workers), and Best Leadership Teams.

There is no submission process or fee associated to be considered for inclusion. To qualify, companies must have a minimum threshold of ratings from employees in the U.S. or Canada that have left anonymous public sentiment ratings on their company’s Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (May 2022 through May 2023). Large companies (more than 500 employees) need at least 75 participants and small/mid-size companies (500 or less employees) need at least 25 participants. Additional weight is given to companies with more participation from their employee base for fairness and statistical significance. 

Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on Monday, May 15 at 11:59pm PT. To leave a rating, employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your Company” button.
