Best CEOs, Best Company Culture, and Best Compensation Categories Will Be Announced mid-December
The deadline for companies to qualify for Comparably’s end-of-year Best Places to Work Awards is coming up quick! The top-rated companies with the Best CEOs, Best Company Culture, and Best Compensation will be announced the week of Dec 8th.
To leave a rating, employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your Company” button. The survey is user-friendly and only takes a few minutes to complete (answers to questions will be in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple choice formats). Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025 at 11:59pm PT.
Unlike other award programs, there is no submission process or fee, and does not use outside sources other than ratings left on Comparably.com by current employees over the past year. To qualify, a minimum number of employees must have left anonymous public sentiment ratings on their employer’s Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (Nov. 10, 2024 through Nov. 10, 2025).
Large companies (501 or more employees) need at least 75 participants and small/mid-size companies (up to 500 employees) need at least 25 participants to qualify. However, employers are encouraged to collect more feedback over the minimum requirements as these lists are more competitive each year. Plus, additional weight is given to companies with more participation relative to their company size for statistical significance.
