Comparably Shows What Workplaces Are Like for Women & Diverse Employees

Comparably’s mission is to make work more transparent and rewarding, and the platform has amassed millions of public culture ratings and reviews from employees at 20,000+ US companies. On Thursday, the company launched their new public company pages, with a variety of data on how people are rating their workplaces. Among the most important and unique sets of data is Comparably’s Gender and Diversity Score for companies, as rated by their female and diverse employees.

Key Highlights:

– The Gender and Diversity Scores showcased on a company’s public page on Comparably measures how female and minority employees at an organization rate their experience across multiple dimensions. Those scores are then compared and ranked among: a) Companies of similar size across the US; b) Companies headquartered in the same major metros and; c) Companies that compete against one another.

– Trend data is provided on the Gender & Diversity score so prospective employees and leaders at these companies can see improvement or decline over time, and make their workplace better.

– On Comparably, with Company Q&A, you can now also ask questions anonymously of employees at specific companies, and target female employees, people of color, or specific departments.

– In addition to Gender & Diversity Scores, Comparably can showcase a company’s ratings across multiple dimensions including: CEO Rating, Compensation, Office Environment, Executive Team, Managers, Perks & Benefits, Professional Development, Future Outlook, Team, & Retention.

– See a Company’s “Report Card”, how they score across 15 culture dimensions, and how the data breaks out by Gender, Ethnicity, & Department.

– Get a detailed understanding of a Company’s eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score), a barometer of how engaged & happy employees are at work.

– The new data is now live on Comparably Company Pages at https://www.comparably.com/companies

Quote from Jason Nazar, co-founder/CEO of Comparably: “As part of our mission to make workplaces dramatically more transparent, it’s vital that there’s a better understanding of what these environments are like for Women and People of Color. The best way to ensure healthy, supportive and high performing organizations is to bring to light what’s great about a company’s culture, and where they have opportunity to improve.”
