OVERALL CULTURE

Of their company culture, one Nike employee says, “Team members are willing to help, ask questions, share, etc. which facilitates team growth.” Another points to “Amazing and challenging projects that will grow and stretch your skill set. Amazing talent to work alongside with and occasional great leaders. The obvious connection to sport is also very positive.”
An Adidas employee says he appreciates “Getting to learn and try new things, just having a new experience each day using problem solving techniques.” The team is “loyal, dedicated, and willing to learn.”
CEO

“There’s a gap between what the CEO says and what the leadership team does,” says one Nike employee. Another is more enthusiastic, calling the execs“capable leadership that prioritizes people of profit, creativity and abandons favoritism / mediocrity.”
The Adidas leadership, one employee writes, “needs to know their team.”
COMPENSATION

A Nike employee writes that they “believe the pay is fair.”
Of Adidas’ pay, a worker writes, “Other companies such as Nike have a higher base pay, even Amazon is raising their base pay to 15/hr.”
PERKS AND BENEFITS

A Nike employee says his “medical benefits are enough for me to feel good about my career at Nike.” Another writes that PTO is “generous and easy to use.”
At Adidas, a worker raves about the insurance and adds that “the bonuses are good.”

One Nike employee calls his company’s culture, “a male culture. if you are a male athlete, you get promotions.”
An Adidas worker writes that the company needs to get better at “Hiring women particularly in executive positions.”
