The next set of Comparably’s Best Places to Work Awards is just around the corner – we will unveil the winners in mid-September! Happiest Employees, Best Compensation, Best Perks & Benefits and Best Work-Life Balance are some of our most popular lists that job seekers pay special attention to out of the 16 categories throughout the year.
There is no submission process or fee associated with inclusion. To qualify, companies must have a minimum threshold of ratings from employees in the U.S. and Canada that have left anonymous public sentiment ratings on their company’s Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (August 2022 through August 2023). Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on Monday, August 21 at 11:59pm PT.
To leave a rating, employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your Company” button.
Large companies (more than 500 employees) need at least 75 participants and small/mid-size companies (500 or less employees) need at least 25 participants to qualify. The lists get more competitive every year, so companies are encouraged to get more feedback than the minimum requirements. For fairness and statistical significance, additional weight is given to companies with more participation relative to their company size.
