When it comes to tech companies that do best by women, Salesforce is at the top.
That’s according to an analysis by Comparably, which sorted through its thousands of employee insights to come up with a list of the 10 tech companies that are rated highest by female employees. Each company was assigned a score out of 100 that reflects the experience of women in the company.
The data comes at a time when tech is under increasing pressure to ensure women and people of color are treated fairly.
