Comparably has just announced its set of annual awards highlighting the overall best companies of the year, including Best Company Culture, Best CEOs, Best Companies for Women, and Best Companies for Diversity honors. These lists showcase the companies who are keeping their employees satisfied across businesses large and small.

Methodology
- This set of Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their companies on Comparably.com during a 12-month period (December 1, 2019-December 1, 2020).
- There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. The final data set was compiled from 10 million ratings across 60,000 U.S. companies.
- To qualify, Large companies (more than 500 employees) must have met a minimum of 75 employee participants and Small/Mid-Size companies (500 employees or fewer) needed a minimum of 25 employee participants. For fairness and statistical significance, additional weight was given to companies with more participation from their employee base.
