That’s according to the latest reading of an ongoing query by Comaparably of more than 10,000 people across the tech industry.
It doesn’t matter how old you are
No matter your age, the answer is the same: comfort and familiarity are number one. Check out this sampling:

The lowest-ranked were “company mission” and “career advancement” opportunities
Least important to workers are the company’s mission and opportunities for career advancement.
Men and women answered nearly identically
There were no significant differences between the way men and women answered the query.
