Why are you expecting major growth soon?

While the pandemic impacted almost every industry, it had a unique effect on edtech companies as COVID-19 only accelerated the demand for digital solutions that would help millions of students and teachers continue learning remotely. Because Cambium’s purpose is to ensure that all teachers and students feel seen, valued and supported, it was necessary for us to help schools and districts adapt to these new challenges – and this rapid growth has shown no signs of slowing down. What opportunities are you offering new talent?

Something we’ve learned over the past few years is the value of flexibility; employees can’t bring their best selves to work if the workplace structure is too restrictive. With this in mind, Cambium introduced the “Remote First” work model, a progressive and responsive approach to remote work. This model provides employees with the option to work fully remote or a hybrid of remote and in-office work at one of Cambium’s office locations. Why are you expecting major growth soon?

We are hiring for a bootcamp beginning on September 26 for our Customer Support, Professional Services, Development, and Sales departments. We’re also targeting to hire Software Engineer II’s, and have a goal of hiring 115 people across all departments by the end of September.

What opportunities are you offering new talent?

We have openings across all our departments! Specifically, our bootcamps are designed for people looking to get into a new role. All of our entry level bootcamp openings go through 8-12 weeks of onboarding, orientation, training, and more. It’s a great way to get into a booming tech industry!
