Comparably’s 8th annual list of Best Product & Design Teams highlights the top-rated companies for Product and UI/UX Design professionals — based entirely on feedback from employees in Product & Design departments over the past year. Nearly 20 key workplace factors were evaluated — including leadership, team dynamics, compensation, work-life balance, professional development, and career growth opportunities. Methodology

The 8th Annual Product & Design Teams list is derived solely from employees in Product and Design departments who anonymously submitted feedback to nearly 20 workplace questions over the past year to Comparably.com.
Questions were asked in a variety of data-driven formats (True/False, Yes/No, 1-10 scale, multiple choice). The answer to each question was then given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar size.
Additional weight was given to companies with more participation from their employee base, relative to their company size, for statistical significance.
To qualify, Large companies (more than 500 employees) must have met a minimum of 75 employee participants and Small/Mid-Size companies (500 or less employees) must have met a minimum of 25 employee participants.
There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required.
The final rankings were determined based on millions of ratings from employees across tens of thousands of U.S. & Canadian-based companies over a 12-month period (May 12, 2024 through May 12, 2025).
