Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because of the work we do we deserve to have more pay and to be compensated without hassle. There is a lot of work into what is done, dealing with frustrated clients and clinicians. And pressure and high expectations from management. The pay needs to be more for what we deal with
