Mr. Frank William Davis, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Credit Officer of Cobank Acb since March 31, 2017. Mr. Davis joined CoBank in February 6, 2017. Prior to joining CoBank in 2017, Mr. Davis served as the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President at Farm Credit Services of America, Inc. since July 2005. He is responsible for all of CoBank's credit approval and administrative functions, which includes loan approval, credit support and analysis, credit guidelines and training, loan compliance and monitoring, collateral audit and special assets. Prior to joining CoBank in 2017, Mr. Davis served as Chief Credit Officer for Farm Credit Services of America and Frontier Farm Credit, a CoBank-affiliated association that operates under a strategic alliance with FCSAmerica. Previously, Mr. Davis served as FCSAmerica's Senior Vice President of Credit and Director of Credit Underwriting. Prior to joining FCSAmerica, he held senior credit positions with Farm Credit Services of Western Missouri and the Farm Credit Bank of St. Louis. He began his career as an assistant vice president and branch manager with the Federal Land Bank Association in Missouri. Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics from The University of Nebraska and a Master of Agribusiness Degree from Kansas State University.
