Mr. Ted R. Koerner has been Senior Vice President of Communications Banking Group at Cobank Acb since January 20, 2017. Mr. Koerner leads CoBank's Communications Banking Group. In that role, he supervises and manages all relationship managers serving rural communications companies nationwide. He is also a member of CoBank's Senior Leadership Team. He has nearly 30 years of banking experience, including financing expertise with rural communications companies involved in wireline, wireless, cable, transport and data centers. Prior to joining CoBank in 2001, Mr. Koerner served as a director with the Media & Telecom Group at BNP Paribas. He also worked at the Republic National Bank of New York, where he helped initiate and lead the bank's corporate lending group, which included participating in media and telecom transactions. Mr. Koerner earned a bachelor's degree from Colorado College, an MBA in finance from the University of Washington and a master's degree in economics from New York University.
