Mr. Todd E. Wilson serves as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions & Services at Cobank Acb and served as its Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Wilson oversees the loan and lease operations, including syndication/participation operations, alliance solutions, trade services, customer services, fulfillment, business continuity and records management departments for both CoBank and its subsidiary, Farm Credit Leasing (FCL). He is a member of CoBank's Operating Committee and Senior Leadership Team. He joined CoBank in April 2001 and served as Vice President of CoBank's Information Technology Division, where he was responsible for the development and support of the key business applications. He managed CoBank's Operations Division from 2009 through 2011. Mr. Wilson led numerous operational improvement and systems integration initiatives during a 12 year career with Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Mr. Wilson earned his MBA degree from Colorado State University and holds a bachelor's degree in business from Oklahoma State University.
