- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Although I feel that the salary is below average, the health/medical, retirement, and other benefits are superb, and have been demonstrated during this time of COVID-19. We had job security, COVID testing, COVID vaccinations, and strong enforcement of safety protocols. It kept us alive and healthy
