Kia America – I was a happy Kia customer until my hybrid battery died and could not be replaced for TEN MONTHS! Kia had no loaner to give me and would not guarantee reimbursement for a rental (6 months = almost $8,000 in rental fees). TOTALLY unhappy with Kia and their customer service is an absolute joke.
