Again, probably very neutral. There are ups and downs.

What can this brand most improve?

Answer your damn phone instead of telling us to email then hanging up. Both orders of shoes were WRONG! I am contacting my credit card company and the BBB.

What can this brand most improve?

Respecting the customers rights. Providing a phone number that is answered & responded to by a live person! Standing behind the products they sell!
