What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part, they seem to take their responsibilities seriously.
Transparent, visionary, care as much about the people and community as they do about the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are the best in the area but they are used to hold employees hostage.
excellent benefits for the size of company it is.
You will not find better health insurance anywhere. Low employee contribution and copays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They know how to lie & talk out of both sides of their mouth
awesome place to work and enjoy my coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People outside of Leadership are often fun to work with while still being goal oriented.
